UNC football coach Larry Fedora was confronted Wednesday by a barrage of questions regarding the team’s quarterback situation, which pits former East Lincoln standout Chazz Surratt against redshirt junior Nathan Elliott. Typically poker-faced about personnel decisions, Fedora was rather candid about where the competition between the two currently stood.
