Health Issues Have Basketball Lifer Larry Brown Down But Not Out
Posted Jul 31, 2018
Larry Brown, 77, had been slated to coach the USA East Coast All-Star team during a four-game stint in Venice, Italy this week, but a sudden health issue will prevent him from making the trip. Brown says he's been "under the weather" since a recent trip to Brazil for a basketball clinic. Brown hasn’t coached a college or pro team since resigning from SMU in 2016.
