Nathan Elliott Tabbed North Carolina's Starting QB
Posted Aug 6, 2018
Nathan Elliott is North Carolina’s starting quarterback entering the season opener at California, coach Larry Fedora announced Monday. This comes after news that 13 players will be suspended for up to four games due to NCAA secondary violations of selling team-issued shoes. One of the players suspended is UNC quarterback Chazz Surratt, who started seven games last season.
