Natrone Means doesn’t have time to mess around as Winston-Salem State’s offensive coordinator. Means, a former UNC and NFL star running back, loves the competition of preseason camp. Early in camp as a list was rattled off to him about his depth at running back, he smiled. “Competition is a mother,” Means said as he caught himself short of finishing the sentence.
