Cross-country trip awaits Tar Heels


In the estimation of coach , the UNC football team has come a long way since the start of preseason camp. But that’s not nearly as far as it’s going to have to go to play its first game Saturday. When the Tar Heels travel to the Bay Area to face California in their season opener, it will mark the first time Fedora has taken a team across three time zones to compete. (North State Journal)
