Chris Washington Jr. says he is currently hearing from eight schools the most (in no particular order): Alabama, Auburn, Louisville, Cincinnati, USF, Ole Miss, Tennessee and Western Kentucky. The 6-foot-7 four-star small forward out of Providence Christian (TN) is the No. 24 overall recruit in the nation, according to the On3 Industry Rankings. (

4-star 7-1 center Leo Curtis commits to Arizona State
Leo Curtis, a four-star center in the 2025 class, has committed to Arizona State, his agent Johann Mpondo of Cosmo Sports Management told On3. The 7-foot-1 senior out of CATS Academy (MA) ultimately chose the Sun Devils over Indiana and West Virginia. Curtis is the No. 70 overall recruit in the 2025 cycle, according to On3’s Top-150 Player Rankings. (

For the January 2025 basketball recruit ranking update,
Tyran Stokes‘ play has earned his position at the top of the class. Stokes is a powerfully built 6-foot-7 wing forward. He is explosive around the basket and when he is playing aggressively, he is a load to keep out of the paint. Stokes transferred to Sherman Oaks (CA) Notre Dame for his junior season. (
