UNC Athletics Facilities Update: Doing ‘the best for the most’

Nearly four years after work began, a significant overhaul of UNC's athletics venues is almost complete. By summer 2018, most projects have been completed and several more will be completed by the end of the year. Three crucial projects, clustered together in the heart of campus, are the soccer/lacrosse stadium; the field hockey stadium and the indoor football practice facility.
