Turning 75 finds Dean Smith contented
Posted Feb 28, 2006
Dean Smith turns 75 today and plans to spend his birthday the way he spends most days when he's in town. He'll come to his office deep inside the building named for him, try to work through piles of correspondence, chat with Bill Guthridge if his long-time assistant and successor stops into his office across the hall on his way to the golf course. Then Smith will have a small birthday celebration with his family this evening.
