Sam Howell has come full circle. UNC’s junior quarterback started his college career leading the Tar Heels to a victory over South Carolina in the 2019 season opener at Bank of America Stadium. Now, nearly 28 months later, the projected first round NFL draft pick looks to close out things out with a victory over those same Gamecocks at the same stadium.
