Posted Oct 23, 2008
Jawad Williams has realized his dream of making an NBA roster. The Cavaliers are expected to set their final roster later today, and Williams will be a part of it, beating out Ronald Dupree for the final spot. Williams, 25, has been close to making teams in the past and been one of the final cuts. This year, he beat out five other training camp free agents to make the team. Williams appeared in four exhibition games and averaged 5.5 points and 19 minutes.
