Sources: Scott Cherry to coach High Point

South Carolina assistant coach Scott Cherry will be introduced as the High Point coach Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. ET, according to multiple sources close to the situation. Cherry, 37, came to South Carolina from Western Kentucky. He was also with George Mason when the Patriots made their Final Four run in 2006. Cherry graduated from UNC in 1993 and played on the team's national title squad. (FOX Sports)
