Buzz Peterson will not take second turn as ASU coach
Posted Apr 10, 2009
Buzz Peterson said yesterday that he will not take the job as Appalachian State's basketball coach. Peterson is the director of player personnel for the Charlotte Bobcats and coached at ASU four seasons in the late 1990s. He was considered to be the Mountaineers' top candidate. He said last week that he had been offered the chance to return to ASU and that details were being negotiated.
