Brother Rice basketball coach Pat Richardson knew he had something special the first time he saw the skinny freshman point guard from Blue Island, who, truth be told, didn't play very much like a freshman at all. "He" was Bobby Frasor, and by the time he was done at Brother Rice, he would be the most decorated player in Crusaders basketball history. (South Town Star)
