Posted Mar 3, 2010
Seventeen years after helping lead North Carolina to a national championship, former UNC sharpshooter Donald Williams made his way into the rafters at the Smith Center Tuesday night. In a halftime ceremony during UNC’s victory over Miami, Williams, a member of the UNC roster from 1991-1992 to 1994-1995, had his No. 21 jersey honored in the rafters in recognition of his Most Valuable Player performance at the 1993 Final Four.
