Wear twins granted release from UNC, may be looking at UCLA

David and Travis Wear, twin power forwards, have been granted their official release from the University of North Carolina and can begin looking to where they will transfer, according to David Wear Sr., their father UCLA is expected to be on the short list of schools, as it was among the final schools the Wears considered before signing with UNC. Bruins Coach Ben Howland has two scholarships left to give.
