Deon Thompson to play in Greece

Deon Thompson will start his professional career in Greece. The 21-year-old American forward, who was also on the radar of Hapoel Jerusalem, has reached to an agreement to play for Ikarus Esperos next season. Thompson arrives to the Greek team after playing during the last four seasons for the Tar Heels, averaging 13.7 points and 6.7 rebounds per game in his senior year.
