Posted Dec 29, 2010
Wes Miller, who played in Chapel Hill from 2004-07,and Jack Wooten, who was a walk-on from 2007-09, jokingly said they were the last two Tar Heels standing between Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski passing former UNC coach Dean Smith on the career wins list. Krzyzewski has a chance to pass the legendary UNC coach when Duke faces winless UNC Greensboro and assistant coach Miller today at the Greensboro Coliseum (7 p.m., ESPNU).
