Capital coach Steve Bucknall believes his squad has the ability to compete in the top flight of English basketball, despite the loss of star man Wes Miller. The American point guard shocked his team-mates by announcing his retirement from the professional game before Christmas - exiting the Willesden-based club after just half a season to return to his homeland.
