Stackhouse buzzer-beater rescues Dallas Mavericks

Playing without Josh Howard, the Mavericks put forth their most lifeless performance in weeks. So, naturally, a hero stepped up and saved them. Jerry Stackhouse drilled a 3-pointer at the buzzer to deliver an improbable 95-94 victory to the Mavericks on Saturday night, dashing the hopes of the Los Angeles Clippers, who did their part at the end to help the Mavericks win their seventh consecutive game.
