UNC receiving corps gets help from lacrosse, track teams

Although veteran scholarship players Erik Highsmith, Jheranie Boyd and Sean Tapley will get the bulk of the work during Saturday’s season opener against Elon, UNC coach Larry Fedora said Wednesday that sprinter Roy Smith and lacrosse midfielder Mark McNeill will both have opportunities to play major roles in UNC’s high-octane passing game.
