Brandan Wright works out for hometown Bobcats

Expecting to be a top five pick, Brandan Wright has been limiting his draft workouts and declining to go up against other players during the auditions. But he made an exception for the hometown team. Wright, a standout at North Carolina who left after his freshman season, worked out Friday for the Charlotte Bobcats, who likely won't get a chance to draft the 6-foot-9 forward unless they trade up from the No. 8 pick.
