Bobcats acquire McInnis from Nets

The New Jersey Nets sent veteran guard Jeff McInnis and undisclosed cash considerations to the Charlotte Bobcats on Wednesday for swingman Bernard Robinson. McInnis fell out of favor last season and he has spent this season on the inactive list. He averaged 5.3 points and 1.9 assists in 28 games last season, his only year in New Jersey. He missed the final 48 games with an injury to his left knee. (Sports Illustrated)
