The droughts are on the line Wednesday when the Chicago Cubs and Cleveland Indians play a winner-take-all seventh game in the World Series. This would not be the first time Chicago had a chance to savage Cleveland. On May 7, 1989, the Cavaliers were looking to take a best-of-five series from the Chicago Bulls, when Michael Jordan happened.
