"I am having a great time in Germany. I'm learning new things about the world that I never thought I would have the chance to experience," rookie pro Byron Sanders informed Inside Carolina via e-mail, shortly after scoring eight points and hauling in 10 rebounds in his pro debut in Germany for the Phoenix Hagen (1-0). Sanders played 27 minutes, shot 4-for-5 from the floor, missed one free throw, had three assists, two steals, three turnovers and one blocked shot.
