Rasheed, Lowe to keep in touch
Posted May 31, 2006
Sidney Lowe's days as a Pistons assistant are numbered. His days having to deal with Rasheed Wallace, however, will never end. Lowe recently was discussing his future job as coach of his alma mater -- North Carolina State. Wallace, who played at rival North Carolina, overheard the talk and vociferously chimed in on Lowe's future. "I told him that he's going to get buried by Carolina, killed by Carolina, he better get used to losing bad," Wallace said. Lowe laughed, having already heard this Tar Heel diatribe a few times in Detroit.
