Knicks coach Larry Brown hospitalized
Posted Apr 14, 2006
Complaining of an upset stomach that forced him to retreat to the locker room late in the third quarter Thursday night, Larry Brown was hospitalized overnight after falling ill in another loss by the Knicks. The 65-year-old Brown, who has had serious health issues in recent years, was taken from Quicken Loans Arena on a stretcher following the Cavaliers' 91-87 win. Brown was pale but appeared alert and was sitting upright with oxygen tubes in his nose as he was wheeled to an emergency vehicle.
